Enhancing the Dubois community by creating opportunities for human powered recreation.
Mountain Bike Trails
In 2015, DART, in partnership with the Town of Dubois, created a series of mountain bike trails at the town Scenic Overlook. These trails are able to be accessed all year long. Although, they were designed specifically for biking, all DART trails encourage multi-use.
Nordic Ski Trails
DART is responsible for the grooming operation of the trail system on Togwotee Pass at the Falls Campground and Deception Creek Trailhead. The current trail system includes six miles of groomed trails. New this 23-24 season will be an additional trail to Hedgehog Summit in the Falls section of trail.
Community Service
DART volunteers assist annually at the Kiwanis sponsered bike rodeo at the Dubois K-12 . DART has also maintained a station along the Togwotee Classic Fat Tire Bike Race. Members are always on the lookout to create, develop, and promote new trail access in the Dubois region.
